How do I return my order?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.
To Return
- Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing support@spiritbath.com. Put “Return” in the subject area and attach a photo of your receipt.
- An email will be sent to you containing a RA number on your Returns Slip.
- Ship your items!
- Pack your items and write your RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship to:

Please make SURE the following is in the return package to ensure faster service:
- Items you are returning.
- Copy of the Returns slip.
- Copy of original Order slip (Receipt).
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise.
To Exchange:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions for a return, then you will need to go back to spiritbath.com and place a new order.
Credits on Returns:
You will receive email confirmation once your return has been received and funds added back to your account. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3 – 7 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Important:
- Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition.
- No refunds will be given without a receipt.
- Only items purchased through spiritbath.com may be returned to our online warehouse.
- Refunds are for merchandise values only.
- We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt.
